Pugsley is nearing completion. Much thanks to Cornbread for answering my calls on a Sunday evening. All that is left is to install the brake cabling/housing, install chain, and then get everything dialed in. I struggled with which cable brackets to use for front der, rear der, and rear brake cables, but I finally found a good picture of a Pugsley cockpit that helped me out. The only issue is the front wheel isn't perfectly centered when in the fork. I bought a pre-built QBP Large Marge wheel on a Surly SS hub, so I hope I'm missing something obvious that doesn't require a wheel rebuild.
I have to finish this bike by Wednesday, as that is when the Surly Big Dummy frame and fork should arrive. My back log of bikes I need to fix/build is ridiculous. The Big Dummy is the last for a while... or so I tell my wife.
