Road Bike

Picked up the 31.6 mm Ritchey WCS seat post from MWC this evening and put the new frame on the workstand. I'm hoping, with my minimal riding right now due to my left achilles heel soreness, that I'll have his completed in the next week. I need to figure out a few things in the process but it should be a good learning experience.

I received the Ultimate Digital Scale and have weighed a few items. The Casseroll is ~23.5 lbs, the Volpe is ~28.5 lbs with the rack and fenders, and the La Cruz is also around 28.5 lbs with the Moots bag loaded with a tube, pump, and tools. The new PF road frame is ~2.45 lbs.

Now to just lose the extra 10 lbs I gained during the winter...

That thing looks sick, even coming from me, as I reinvent myself into a steel and "bikes need to carry everything" grouch. With a DA group, it'll be a pretty suave ride, I imagine.

Now I need to stop by and have you weigh the LHT. I'm guessing it's going to be 30+ lbs, but who knows ;).
